Are you offering Bistrot at home over Christmas?

To make this Christmas extra special, we’re taking a break from Bistrot at home so we can focus on giving you all the Christmas you know and love in our Bistrots. We’ll be back in the New Year and we look forward to bringing Bistrot to your home in 2022…

What is Bistrot at Home

Bistrot at Home delivers delicious meals from our kitchen, straight to your door for you to simply finish and enjoy at home.

How does it work?

All our dishes have been pre-prepared in individual packaging, ready for you to cook at home. We’ve done all the hard work, so it won’t take you long to re-create a true Bistrot experience at home.

How do I cook my meal?

Each dish will be labelled and come with easy-to-follow cooking instructions. All recipes have been adapted to work at 200 degrees in the oven.

Are any of your meal’s gluten free, vegetarian, vegan or suitable for any other allergies?

In each box we have a selection of gluten free and vegetarian dishes, and we are working on increasing these. You can view the allergen information of each dish by clicking the ‘Allergens’ section within the menu item.

We handle all allergens including nuts, nut oils and derivatives and gluten in our kitchen and cannot guarantee our dishes are allergen-free. Even if you have chosen the item previously, please make sure that you check the allergen information. Some dishes may contain bones.

Can I make a change to the box if I have an allergy?

Unfortunately, no changes can be made to any of the dishes.

Will you substitute any products?

Sometimes we may need to substitute items if we’re unable to source them from our suppliers, thank you for your understanding during these challenging times.

How do I place an order?
Please select the Bistrot Box and drinks you would like to order and add them to your cart. Once you are happy with your order, please select ‘Check Out’, which will then take you to make payment and select your delivery location.
 
Where do you deliver to?

We can deliver to UK addresses and our Bistrot at Home boxes will be delivered by DPD for £3.95. Please note delivery to the following are not available: Aberdeen, Northern Highlands, Argyll, Arran, Orkney Shetland and Dundee.

How far in advance do I need to order?

We will only be delivering on Fridays, and the cut off for delivery is Monday. To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing your order as far in advance as possible, you can choose a future Friday delivery date. 

When is the next available delivery date?

On the product information, you can view the next available Friday for delivery on the drop down.

Is there a minimum order?

£40 is the minimum order requirement.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

Orders can be cancelled up to 72 hours before delivery only. Cancellations must be received before 72 hours before 9am of due delivery date.

Do you accept Bistrot Restaurant gift vouchers for Bistrot at Home orders?

We do not accept our Bistrot Pierre Restaurant Gift Vouchers for any Bistrot at Home orders. However, we do have Bistrot at Home gift cards which you can purchase here: https://www.bistrotathome.co.uk/products/bistrot-at-home-gift-card

Can I earn or redeem any Club Bistrot Pierre points?

Unfortunately, at the moment you are unable to collect any Club Bistrot Pierre points from your order automatically, this is something we are working on! However, if you’d like them adding please email Clubenquiries@pierre94.co.uk with a copy of your order and your Club Bistrot Pierre account number and we will add these for you.

Points are only valid to redeem in Bistrot.

Can I send a Bistrot at Home order for someone else as a gift?

Bistrot at Home orders can be sent as gifts. When ordering please input the shipping address as the gift recipient’s postal address.

Can I select a timeslot?

Unfortunately, we are unable to advise on a more specific delivery time, however on the day of delivery you will receive an email with a one-hour delivery time. 

I haven’t received my order confirmation email

If you have not received confirmation of your order, please check your junk or spam folder. If you are unable to find this in there, please get in touch using our contact us form.

What is your policy regarding purchasing alcohol?

We operate a ‘Challenge 25’ policy, whereby if you look under 25 years of age upon delivery, you will be asked to provide proof that you are 18 or over.

My Bistrot Box has not been delivered

If you have not received your Bistrot Box on your chosen delivery date, please get in touch through our contact us form.

Are the Bistrot Box containers recyclable?
We endeavor to look after the environment anyway we can. Please check with local services to see which parts of your Bistrot Box can be recycled as facilities may differ.
 
I haven’t received my delivery timeslot notification email

Please check your junk or spam folder if you haven’t received this. Our deliver drivers make every effort to provide a delivery window, however when this is not possible, delivery should be expected between 7am-8pm of your delivery day.

What is the shelf-life?

Our boxes must be consumed within 48 hours after delivery.
